President RWA-31 Mrs Aruna Arora Arora

Development of Existing Sectors

There are many Sectors which were alloted more than 20-25 years back. No. of Plots in these Sectors are still vacant , causing a lot of hardship to Residents living there. These Plots have become health hazards, as they are used for dumping garbage, stray dogs and cattle roam around, there is over growth of Keekar Trees, which have become dense and are a good hiding place for unwanted elements,a Security risk to Residents. Last, but not the least Senior Citizens who made their homes, thinking they would be living in a developed neighbourhood are deprived of any neighbours. Many of these Plots are fast getting encroached, and in many places Noida Authority has not provided basic infrastructure, as these plots are not alloted, leading to water logging, and filth all around. My humble suggetion is please allot the vacant Plots, to a large extent the problem will get sorted out. Fix a time limit for development of the Sector as per plan laid out by Noida Authority, I think 25 years after the first allotment is a long enough period, how long do you want the Residents to suffer after promising them a devloped area ? Yours truly, Aruna Arora, President RWA-31 P.S. All those who are suffering the same fate, please support the cause and five a feedback to ajayaruna@gmail.com Kindly give your feed back

Can we contribute

Is\'t it time that we as Citizen of this Great country start taking initiative and keep our surrounding clean and hygienic. Why always play the blame game and point our others fault? when not take the initiative ourself. Can we contribute to the authorities efforts and help them keep the city clean from now on? We should pledge to contribute rather than pointing mistakes
